Cross-country courses for adults (NORSK TEKST UNDER)

Tired of waiting for the kids while they are skiing? Why not try our cross-country ski courses? Our instructors help improve skills and techniques for all levels. Meeting-point is the ski school offices at Tommkleiva, Øvresetertjern. The instructor will take you to the best tracks in the surrounding area.

If the weather conditions are not optimal, all participants will receive a SMS with a new meeting-point.

The courses last for five weeks and start Tuesday 13th of January and Thursday 15th of January.
( we have also weekend cources every weekend all season along. See the weeked)

Beginners with regular cross-country skis start at 18.00, and advanced with racing skies at 20.00. The courses last for 90 minutes.

Days:
Thuesdays or Thursdays:
kl. 18.15-19.45 Beginners. / intermediate with standard cross country skis.
kl. 20.00-21.30 Advanced with skayting skis.

Price: kr 990,- for 5 weeks
kr 1.880,- for 10 weeks

LANGRENN SKISKOLE FOR VOKSNE FRA TOMMKLEIVA / ØVRESETER

Gjør noe mens barna er på slalåmkurs! I samarbeide med våre dyktige langrennsinstruktører ønsker vi å forbedre teknikken på alle som går på langrennski.

Møteplass er ved vårt skiskolekontor på Øvreseter/Tommkleiva. Hvis kurset flyttes, får elevene automatisk SMS om dette senest klokken 12 dagen før kurset. Forbehold om minimum 6 påmeldte.

Tirsdager eller torsdager :
kl. 18.15-19.45 Nybeg. / litt øvede med vanlige langrennski
kl. 20.00-21.30 Videregående med racing skøyteski
